  Entire experience with WHO was outstanding. After tallking to two local plumbers that I have given all of my business to for many years and being told that they were too busy to even have someone stop by to see if the old water heater was fixable or when they might be able to schedule me, I looked online. From my initial conversation I was impressed with the gentleman who answered and explained the options. I called just before 3 pm. Mario was at my house just after 4 pm. He finished in under 2 hours. He was extremely professional, personable and super organized. He went over everything he was going to do in detail and then proceeded to do everything he covered. I now have a new, upgraded water heater with everything done to current code. Could not have been more impressed with entire experience. FORGET THE BIG BOX STORES and local plumbers. Water Heaters are WHAT THEY DO!

  Mario replaced our water heater on December 3. he was polite friendly and efficient. He cleaned up well after the work was completed. We have very happy with the new water heater I will be happy to recommend your company in the future

  I first contacted Home Depot 's contractor, 'Fast water heater company', it is almost a done deal until I called in to schedule an appointment, then the customer service line was busy and kept me waiting for 10 min long, so I switched to you, and amazingly I got my desired date to install over the phone. In addition, Tony, the best technician in town came right on time, on the date, it was perfectly installed within 2 hours, Tony not only is very professional but informative as well, kind enough to show me the detail usage of the water heater he just installed, definitely will recommend family and friends to call this company.

  Called at 8:30am on Friday 11/16/18 regarding our leaking water heater. Mario was at our house in Thousand Oaks by 11:00am with a new water heater, provided the quote and had the job completed and cleaned up by 12:30. Amazing! He was friendly, efficient and very tidy. Very pleased with the work, we had hot water within 30 minutes after he left.
