Did the 6 week challenges and lost 10 pounds. Gym is great! Blake is amazing, Eloisa has great classes! Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to start your fitness journey!

This place ROCKS! They have something for everyone...serious weights, good cardio, mats for abs/stretching/etc., sauna, one stop shop for protein powders/bars/etc. The staff is friendly and helpful and I've met some really cool people working out here. Not pretentious, just serious fitness.

Blake has been my trainer and he's been dynamite. We met and discussed my goals and then he gave me a detailed training plan and diet. A few months later I told him I wanted to get super lean and cut so we changed up the program and I saw amazing results. He was always a text message away to answer ANY QUESTIONS I had and to hold me accountable. Could not recommend Blake more if you are serious about getting shredded.

Great gym! Blake was my trainer and he was very motivating, extremely knowledgeable, made me believe in myself and very invested in my progress. The entire gym has a great culture, great classes. All the staff are very personable and supportive. Great well rounded, progressive programs to elevate yourself so easily!
