  These guys are the best in LA area! Eric is extremely professional, knows his stuff and is terrific to work with. He is very customer-focused and guides you through the process at every step. Here's an example of his professionalism: we had a huge water problem under our house (many inches of water) which Eric's team removed and dried out completely. We thought we had identified and fixed the source, but we were wrong. They set up their equipment in an organized and safe manner (taped power cords and sharp edges, made sure that the water line from the dehumidifier wouldn't flop around or get things wet, etc.), cut out the damage neatly, and cleaned up wonderfully well afterwards. They paid a lot of attention to detail -- it was the amount of effort I'd put into fixing my own home. Great to speak with owners that run and operate honest, ethical companies. Thank you for your time.

  This company works with a high degree of integrity! We had a leak in a pipe, and I was concerned that mold had accumulated even though we caught the leak fairly quickly. They came out to perform an assessment. He arrived right on time and after surveying the ceiling in question (using his mold-o-meter gadget:) determined that there was no mold and that our ceiling is strictly in need of standard repair. He also educated me in the process which I greatly appreciated. thanks!

  Unfortunately I had a sewage back up in my house fortunately Angel came out and was able to clean it up for me! He was so knowledgeable and very patient with me as I was freaking out over the mess, he explained in detail how he would take care of everything and didn't let me down. He is truly an Angel. I would highly recommend this company!!!

  Erik was SUCH a big help. He was upfront and to the point about cost, expectations, and the damages. He made everything clear and worked so hard to get everything back in order. Hopefully I'll never have to call them again for their services, but if I do at least I know I'll be getting the right care and attention.
