  Fair prices for everything they do. Always make sure to call you and inform you of what needs to be done before actually doing anything. And will happily explain all the details. Fantastic service overall.

  Bussard's is the absolute best garage I've ever been to. And my dad was a mechanic! Gary and Joe have been taking care of mine and my husband's vehicles for over a decade. We used to live in the Miracle Mile area and would drive all the way to Highland Park just for their incredible service. And when we started looking for a home to buy, knowing they were in the neighborhood actually factored into our decision about the area. Since we've called Highland Park home, Bussard's has been with us through all our vehicles' standard maintenance, as well as recalls and wrecks. They've advised us on new car purchases, and overall been exceptional businessmen and wonderful neighbors. I know I will never be spoken down to in their garage because I'm a woman. I know I'll never be upsold something that I don't truly need. I know when they ask about my kids - and remember their names! - they truly care. Gary and Joe run a great garage, I trust their knowledge and skill implicitly, but they're not just our car guys anymore, they're more like extended family. You know it's a special place when your 3 year old waves at their garage when we're driving past and yells, "Hi Bussard's!! Mommy, I miss them, when can we go back and see them?" So from my whole family, we highly recommend Bussard's All Pro Automotive with 5 sparkling stars!!

  Great auto shop. Gary, Joe and their team always look after us. They're incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel like they take care to offer only services that are truly necessary. They'll help with almost any car related question, and handle oil changes, body work, major repairs - even things as small as working out the security code on a built in car radio. Trust is so important when having your car serviced, and I trust these guys 1000%. Highly recommended.

  I cannot recommend Bussard's All Pro highly enough! Gary is an excellent mechanic, an honest and dedicated business man, and a wonderful human being. He went above and beyond to not only repair my car, but to make sure that every possibility of damage had been inspected. He worked with the Geico adjuster to make sure that everything was addressed and covered. He kept me updated on the status of the repairs throughout the process. I don't think you could possibly find a better or more reliable auto shop. Thank you Gary!

  On July 6th of this year, I went to Bussard's for the first time, and it was a great experience. After deciding at the last minute to make a road trip to San Diego, I opted to drive my 2004 Toyota instead of renting a car.
  I selected Bussard's from a list of AAA certified businesses because Mary, who answered the phone was the first out of 4 or 5 I spoke with who was polite and professional on the phone. Also, when she heard my situation, she spoke with the boss and I was welcomed to come so they could just make sure the car was safe for the drive despite it being a busy Saturday morning! Turned out I needed (legitimately NEEDED) rear brakes! Gary was honest and told me things that needed to be done immediately, and things that could wait. I appreciated his honesty a great deal.
  I got excellent service, a fair price on the work, AAA discount, and peace of mind on my drive to San Diego.
  I promised to write a review. I have to write it tonight since I am returning tomorrow for an oil change. It's my regular place to go now!
