I had multiple issues with an older vehicle that dragged on for months, and John was patient and helpful not just in fixing the car but also explaining every step of the process and working with me as I tried to figure out my options. I appreciate the effort and time taken to care for the customer rather than just take advantage for a quick buck, as most mechanics do. Thanks for everything, John!
