Congregational Church of Northridge

This church is the epitome of what a church family should be. They truly respect your position and your path in life. The congregation is majority 40+ with very few children but don't let that fool you or make you nervous about coming. They are up to speed on technology, have social media presence (FB).
The sermons are a mix of modern Christian music and older structured prayers with the whole congregation is involved. It's (in my opinion) a great mix of traditional and openly lovingly present awareness.

Welcomed me to their pulpit and into their community for the morning. Moving worship team. Good people. Lovely campus.

My great grandparents helped build the church. My grandparents aunt uncle mother attend the church also. I was baptized there at 8 month's old. This church is filled with LOVE as it still is the greatest gift bestowed on Earth, LOVE still fills the congregation today. I'm going to have my wedding here as GOD has lead me back to my roots

This church helped me discover my faith, and it's been the village to help raise our 2 children. I was agnostic and quite frankly, skeptical about the Christian faith for many years until discovering this amazing community. We pride ourselves in welcoming everyone, and I mean everyone. I think it's a great place if you are seeking a spiritual path especially if you've turned away from the church in the past. Come visit, you won't be disappointed!

I have been attending CCN since the fall of 2013. I missed being a part of a Church community but had not found what I was looking for. I wanted a Church that was truly open and welcoming to everyone. I was hoping for some diversity and I found it here. I wanted some place that I could be myself, offer my gifts and be of service. I hoped the youth would be a big part of the congregation and they are here. My experience was that I checked out their website and it looked like it would be a good fit for me. That very morning, I got dressed and went to Church. I felt the same love and welcome that I saw on the web site. The sermons have depth and meaning for me in my life. Mostly, this congregation is about walking the talk and sharing God's love in all we do. I would recommend coming some Sunday and experiencing CCN for yourself. I have also attended some of the activities, and programs. This is a wonderful community of people and truly YOU are welcome here.
