Park Merridy

My roommate and I were looking for an apartment and we were enticed by the great reviews for Park Merridy. These reviews do not lie. Alma is the best. 😭She was so kind, understanding, and thoughtful throughout the whole apartment application experience.

In the end, me and my roommate settled for a different apartment (for financial reasons). However if the opportunity arises, and I needed another apartment, I would not hesitate to apply for Park Merridy again.

My only note is that some of their rooms run a little bit smaller than what you might expect. So be sure to tour the apartment before you sign your lease. Their one bedroom they showed me is very roomy, but their 2 bedroom (the bedrooms itself) seemed kind of cramped.

Lived here for a year. Alma is a great property manager! Always quick to reply and helpful. Responsive when I needed minor repairs.

Rent is ok for the area. No issues with pests. Neighbors seemed friendly, never had noise problems. Would live here again.

Gym is only open when the maintenance worker comes by in the morning at~8am to when he leaves, so no early morning workouts :(.

Management is easy to work with and they keep the place well maintained and clean. It's a great option if you're looking for something affordable, but high quality.

The manager Mrs. Alma is very nice and accommodating, her office assistant also. The workers are all very friendly. They repair items in a timely manner. The apartment building is kept clean.

I've lived here for a year and I love it! Management is super kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Apartments are updated frequently and look amazing! Highly recommend.
