Disappointing to see the previous reviews online of displeasure with this company, therefore, it felt necessary to share my positive experience. I have AAA roadside service. I had a tow truck driver named Rick, who called to give me his ETA and very puncture arriving. I explained my concern about the concrete lip on the driveway causing my vehicle to scrape if it was towed from the driveway and suggested that maybe the car should coast down the driveway out to the street before hooking it up to the tow truck to avoid such an issue. Rick was very attentive in adjusting the height to avoid that from happening. Rick was very friendly and spoke with a charming smile and he reviewed the notes given to drop it off at the mechanics shop for repair. Very satisfied with the process completed in a timely fashion.

Couldn’t ask for better service. I had an alternator fail on I5, resulting in a flat in the breakdown lane. These guys towed me in, diagnosed the problem, got parts, and got me on the road in a few hours at a very fair price. Extremely clean facilities; they take great pride in their work. I wish they were near me!
