Hair With A Cause Oncology Aesthetics

Losing my hair was a very painful process and a difficult journey to go through. When I was looking at different options that would make me feel comfortable while my hair was growing back, I came across hair with a cause. I wasn’t a fan of wigs, but they offered hair extensions and only needed one inch of hair to do this. They’re the only place in the country I found to be able to do that. After I contacted them I immediately felt relief. They know exactly what they are doing to properly take care of my hair, understand this is an emotional process, and best of all they work with insurance to help cover the costs. Deborah is amazing; she made me feel so comfortable and really cares about each of her clients needs and their story. Hibba, from the office, is very thorough and made sure my insurance paid for everything so I didn’t have to worry about costs. They also fly to you if needed, for a fee, but I also flew to California from nj for one of my maintenance appointments and it is easy to coordinate that as well.

Deborah is phenomenal! I don’t know how she did it but she has given me ‘my hair’ back. I feel like I used to before chemo. The hair extensions look completely natural and I’m beyond delighted. She’s also just an all round sweetheart to be with. Incredible talent and lovely person

I chose to cold cap during my chemo; I was fortunate to save a lot of my hair; however, I did shed quite a bit. This left me with a lot of breakage and thinning hair. As the hair was growing back it it looked really uneven and thin at the bottom. I went to Hair With a Cause to get some help. Deborah was amazing and knew exactly how to work with the mess on my head. She gave me an Agave relaxing treatment to keep my curls at bay and a great haircut that helped my hair look more full and even. I am so happy with the results. :)

Hair With A Cause is amazing!! I came in looking to buy a wig since I lost most of my hair after 1 chemo about 2.5 weeks ago. I tried using cold cap (Penguin Cold Caps) but obviously it didn't work. Deborah welcomed me into the shop with a hug, and led my mom and I over to the room with the wigs. Deborah picked a reddish brown wig to match my coloring. After we had the wig picked out, the hair stylist at the shop, Nikki, buzzed my hair with a guard and left some hair on the sides to match the wig. Nikki did such an amazing job on cutting the wig!! The wig looks natural and was only about $530 which is a great deal for a wig! I'm very happy with my wig and my experience at Hair With A Cause! I can't wait to go back for some retail therapy as there are so many lovely things to buy at the shop! I will be telling all my friends about Hair With A Cause, could not be happier!! :)
