  Cool small park. Much to be done here. There is a Basketball court. A great children's play ground. A Little League field. The Lagoon with all its birds flying in and out. Picnic tables. Swings. Fun for all with a beautiful setting.

  Nice place to go and kick back. Not a big spot, just comfortable size. Grass, pet friendly, enough room for frisbie. After dark, there's lighting around the perimeter but not lit up like a baseball field, nice low coverage lighting that gives a sense of privacy. A quiet spot to kick back with your lady. Also, you can watch the jets flying in and out of LAX. The Lagoon is quite large with a path you walk around on. Restrooms are available. Parking is free and great food within 5-6 minutes from the park.

  It’s honestly a great place to go to to just appreciate the California nature! The Lagoon is beautiful, surrounded by trees and right across from the beach! It’s amazing. The only thing though is parking and the lack of benches/tables. I wouldn’t recommend it for a long distance trip, if you’re in the area stop by. It just doesn’t offer a lot of amenities. Other than that, it’s a great neighborhood area!

  A great place for an afternoon with friends and family. Not a ton of parking but it's a very walkable area so it's not a huge problem. Right by the beach, so you can alternate between a dip in the ocean and a picnic by the lagoon. Clean and safe
