Exer Urgent Care

Excer Urgent Care in Porter Ranch is a great center. Everyone was super efficient and friendly. I had a very short wait time and the nurses and doctor were very professional. I would definitely go again if the need arises.

Had an excellent experience with this Exer facility. No wait at all and the doctor was able to check me out right away. Dr. Pham was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was clear about everything he told me and what he was going to do. I highly recommend this place if you need to see a doctor ASAP! Thank again for the wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and efficient with the work.

Polite and courteous staff, the waiting area is clean and felt spacious, and they were in network with my insurance so I just paid the co-pay. My PA, Sandra Ovadia, was exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, and she spent time answering my questions. I actually wish she could be my PCP. As a mid-day walk-in, I was in and out in under 1.5 hours, which seems better than average for an urgent care facility.

I saw Dr. “Ben” this morning and he was phenomenal. Highly professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He even recalled when I was working at a university from many years ago. The receptionist at the front desk was such a delight. I don’t know her name but she will contribute in making Exer Urgent Care the very best in the valley.

The environment of the waiting room was clean and comfortable. The level of customer service provided by Veronica was informed, guest oriented, and friendly! The doctor listened to me and asked the questions necessary to inform his diagnosis! It was a great second visit!
