  Kesia Pitt, Director of Hearing and Healthcare at the Porter Ranch My Hearing Center is professional and knowledgeable. She made the hearing test and the subsequent fitting for the hearing aids easy. She is delightful and I'd recommend her to anyone who thinks they may need help.

  I am truly impressed with Kesia Pitt and the facility here. She was professional, thorough and as friendly as they come. I like their office and the technology. When it became obvious that I was suffering a bit of loss in my left ear, Kesia didn't push me on buying a hearing aid. In fact, she pointed out several options that didn't even involve their group. Based on my own visit, I would certainly recommend them.

  I chose My Hearing Centers Porter Ranch because it was close to my home, couldn't have been happier with the service I received form Ruben and the front office. Ruben is professional and gave me an honest assessment of my hearing, which wasn't as bad as I had thought it was. Highly recommended.

  Really happy that my husband and I went to My Hearing Centers. We chose this place as it was close to our home and had good reviews on the web and it was the best decision we made. Ruben is just amazing and so is their front office secretary. Ruben was patient, especially with me. It took me several visits to start feeling comfortable with the hearing aids that I received, and Ruben really fine tuned it. Now, it works very well for me and I am comfortable wearing it all the time. Best professional service one can receive. The periodic follow up visits have helped us keep the hearing well maintained. I strongly recommend obtaining Ruben's services if you have hearing deficit and want to enjoy good hearing.
