Exceptional dietary services and guidance at this facility.

My mom use to work here Paula May Ruiz. This hospital is a very nice and clean facility. Melody who when my mom was there was the activity director I belive was such a nice lady. I ❤ Marilyn who worked in the kitchen. Great place all the way around!!!

My mother was at Parkwest in January and improved under their care. My sister and I met the new Administrator the first night we visited. She was very nice and helped to answer any questions we had. We met with staff after the fist week and they provided a lot of information to us regarding our mother's care. The nurses were attentive to my mom and very caring. The best part was that most of the staff had been at the facility for many years, which showed us that they loved the patients and the facility! The Rehab Team were amazing and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled care.

The facility is under new Administration, which seems to be good. They have made changes to the building - the outside looks very nice, the lobby is clean, smells good and nice music is playing. The the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I appreciate all of the care that the Nurses provide and the RT's are amongst the best I've seen.
