Nova was so wonderful in the months, weeks, and days leading up to my wedding! She was happy to keep in contact with me and was able to design such beautiful pieces for us! I called them on the day of my dads viewing because I was running around planning like a crazy person. I remembered the morning of. Called them at 11:30a and the viewing was at 4:30p. I was so lucky to have Nova take my call and ensure I was able to get such beautiful arrangements one for my dads casket topper. She was able to get them done in less than 4 hours and delivered to the location. She asked if I had the flowers that paul bearers wear, of course I forgot about those. Added those on for me too.
