My experience with Y & S Auto was excellent. They kept me well informed of their progress. They were very pleasant to work with. The repair was very well done and I am very satisfied. My car was completely cleaned and like new again. I am a happy customer and will definitely go back to have more work done--if needed.

From the moment I stepped through the door, everyone was extremely helpful, personable and kind. They clearly communicated the process, and helped me understand what to expect throughout the experience. I was kept informed through a series of texts at every step, so I never questioned what was happening or where they were during repairs. Bonus: they completed ahead of schedule and cleaned my car.
