(November 3, 2018, 9:11 pm)I have lived here for the past 4 years and I love it. Miriam the Manager is super nice and caring. I'm exactly 2 minutes drive from the beach and minutes away from all the beautiful and historic landmarks of San Pedro. I have the view of the harbor that's beautiful at night with all the lights. We have the best location for the 4th of July fireworks from the sun deck! The cleaning and maintenance crew are excellent!

(April 3, 2014, 6:58 pm)We moved in around May 2013. Miriam is the single best apartment manager I have ever met, for she is caring and kind, yet sharp as a whip.
Ramon and his crew are a great maintenance outfit; their craftsmanship on our remodel is stellar.
