    Body and Mind Pilates has been a wonderful addition to my self care routine. Hila is patient and positive and really makes me feel like I can succeed at exercise….for the first time in my life I actually enjoy working out

    I used to be an avid pilates-goer...pilates-doer??? You know what I mean. I was at the peak of personal fitness in those days. Alas, no so much since I had my son. I wanted to find an instructor that believed as much as I do in the power of pilates to achieve profound results. I also needed someone to start with me where I am and not judge. Hila is that instructor. She is very knowledgeable and can easily adapt a routine for different fitness levels or to help with injuries and specific weaknesses. She gives good cues about where my form needs correction and where I should be feeling the particular exercise. She also pushes me enough to get results but not hurt myself. In the two months I've been going to Body & Mind my back pain has improved tremendously and I already feel mush stronger. She has a clean private studio with a reformer, barrel, boxes, rings, fitness bands and all the other equipment you would see in a larger studio, but you get to enjoy the privacy. I enjoy her so much I got my bestie to go and do pairs sessions with me, which is so much fun and less expensive.

    I highly HIGHLY recommend Body & Mind Pilates.

    For the past six months I have been having private pilates sessions with Hila and love them! I feel more connected to my body and stronger mentally. Pilates has increased my endurance, strength, and flexibility. It has also helped my lower back pain and I always leave feeling rejuvenated.

    Hila is highly professional Pilates instructor. I recommend her to anyone that lives near the Sherman oaks area. Her studio is private clean and comfortable.
    Love to go to my classes because I always get out in good mood and my body feels so good after the stretches she makes me do. I would have never thought I would like Pilates because I generally do not like to work out. Now I do not want to miss any class because Hila makes it so easy going. I am glad I found her and her Pilates studio.

    I’ve been going to Body & Mind only a few weeks but notice a difference in my body already. Hila is very patient and knowledgeable. She has really helped me start getting back into shape.
