I’m so happy I found Sayana Medical. My NP, Serena, is the best. I always leave feeling that she addressed all my concerns and there’s always a plan of action that is clear and proactive. Dr. Sayana is also great and highly recommend them both.

Dr Sayana and Nurse Sara have been my health care providers for a few years. They have supported me through Covid (twice!), hormonal changes, and terrible fatigue, all through the use of supplements and being very supportive of a low stress, healthy lifestyle. They are thorough and really listen to your symptoms. They take a holistic approach, and help you identify the root cause of your symptoms. I am very happy to have them as my primary care team.

I am a holistic dentist, and I started going to Dr. Sayana to optimize my health. I was really impressed with her two hour long consultation, where she went in depth into my medical history, including my family’s history. She is a caring, compassionate doctor, who is extremely knowledgeable, and really knows how to combine Functional Medicine with lifestyle changes and dietary supplements, to achieve the best results in your health. She also offers services like IV nutrition, which I believe are hugely beneficial one I’m feeling drained. I highly recommend her office.

I was looking up some good Naturopathic doctors in my area and was sad to find few, but Sayana popped up and seemed to be well reviewed so I took my chances. I had been feeling off after gradually going off of my supplements earlier in the year which I had started taking of my own accord, and knew I needed a doctors thorough opinion on what I should and shouldn't be taking. I knew that I didn't have compatible insurance (Kaiser) and was fully expecting to pay full price for all consultations and tests. Their prices are very clear on their website so I knew what I was getting into. I met with Dr. Nercessian who was SO kind and I felt very heard. She was pregnant and I luckily got to see her twice before she left on maternity leave. She also let me know I could do many of my blood tests with Kaiser instead of paying to do them with Sayana and report back with the results for her analysis. My third appointment I saw Sara, who was also extremely kind and very thorough when going over my bloodwork and supplement recommendations. Between the two of their recommended protocols I feel very much in good hands. I've mentioned things to Kaiser doctors before but I often feel dismissed or told "that result is normal" when in fact one test isn't the whole picture. Sayana dives deep into the reasoning for all their requests and tests and that's what I was looking for. I can't wait to continue my care here and plan on switching my insurance to Blue Cross so I can make Sayana my primary care facility!
