    Bar Method Silverlake is awesome! The instructors have been great with making each workout class high energy, diverse and challenging. They are very friendly and know how to make sure you get the most out of every minute of class. I noticed improved strength and muscle tone right away, love it!

    Love everything about this place! Beautiful studio, inspiring instructors, the BEST workout. I feel and look so much stronger than I did when I first started here.

    I cannot say enough good things about Bar Method Silverlake! This is the first workout class I have ever stuck with in my life. I think the thing I love most is what a positive environment it is. The instructors, owners, and everyone who works there are so welcoming and encouraging! The classes are challenging and also have a personal touch with instructors knowing you by name and giving you corrections on the spot so you get the most out of your workout. I originally signed up to get in shape for my wedding and when the day came I have never felt more confident in my body!
