  At the beginning of 2022, I decided to start getting back into exercising - I ran some google searches in my area and was lucky enough to find Farron at 4F Fitness & Wellness. He was the first trainer I had contacted and I have been training with him ever since - 5 months and counting!
  
  He checked all the boxes I was looking for - outdoor sessions, flexible schedule, affordable, and most importantly, innovative and diverse workouts.
  
  Each session is well thought out and planned beforehand so that you can get right to work and maximize your time/results.
  
  He is able to accommodate any level - beginner to intermediate to advanced. Although I had been in great shape in the past, I had definitely fallen out of the routine and boy did I have alot of ground to make up. Farron was able to gradually get me back to feeling comfortable and confident with exercising which has made it SO much easier to stay motivated and consistent.
  
  Can't recommend him enough - if you are looking for a kind, supportive and professional personal trainer, I strongly encourage giving Farron at 4F Fitness & Wellness a try!

  I m just starting my third week with Farron. He's an awesome instructor! Not only because of the Pandemic but personally I have been out of the fitness game for quite a while. He is very patient, Professional, and constantly giving encouragement. His knowledge is superior and I found out he actually has a Masters in Sports Management. I have already started to see some results while I've dropped 5 pounds. I look forward to my next session tonight.

  Coach Farron is simply amazing!! I have lower back issues, but Farron has been super attentive and crafted workouts that are helping strengthen my back and supports my weight loss and strength training journey! I'd recommend and have recommended his service to family and friends!! He pushes me beyond where I'd ever push myself, I know that during my session I'm going to get a great workout and feel amazing when I leave! I'm also super thankful for his Covid safety protocols in place!! Highly recommend Coach Farron! Come get some!!

  Farron is a great trainer and fitness coach. My son is a student athlete and Farron made sure he stayed competition ready during these trying times. He listens and is very knowledgeable, and professional. His work ethic, consideration, and flexibility makes him unlike any other trainer or coach I’ve seen. If you haven’t had a session with him do yourself a favor and checkout 4F Fitness&Wellness. He helps you become your better self.

  After 9 months of working out alone via online classes, I was feeling stuck in a rut and wanted to up my strength training. I started working with Farron via zoom in January on a weekly basis with the weights I have at home. I thought I'd just do a starter pack of 5 sessions for a little boost but several months later, I'm still going! I love that Farron really works to make sure every single workout is different so it never feels old or repetitive. He works me hard but it's always lighthearted and fun. My body is sore after every session and I know I've gotten something out of it! I would highly recommend these training sessions!
