  Dr Hertz is very nice. She has been proactive in treating a problem my previous doctor largely ignored. The office staff is efficient. Very little time spent waiting. I highly recommend Dr. Hertz.

  Dr Hertz makes me feel like I have a caring friend who really takes the time to actually look at you while she’s listening. She always has advice, options and gives her best answers to every question. All that with a smile 😀

  Dr. Jennifer Hertz is very knowledgeable. she has been helping me for years. I would not trust anyone else with surgeries nor simple injections. I feel very lucky I found her.

  Great doctor. Saw Dr. Hertz for a broken wrist and fingers following a car accident. She got me better, and without surgery. Thank you Dr. Hertz and staff.

  Dr. Hertz is a no-nonsense, efficient, competent doctor. She has two offices, one on the westside in Culver City, and the second location is near downtown LA adjacent to the Select Surgery Center on Avalon Blvd. My first visit was at the Culver City office. Despite a map and turn-by-turn directions finding, I got lost. It seems like most other patients had the same issue. This facility has closed all entrances from the street. Access to the office is from the parking structure shared with another medical facility which was very confusing. The office was full of patients waiting to be seen. She runs her office like a well-oiled machine. She had a note-taker on the speakerphone taking notes for her as she dictated the symptoms and medical terms. The visit lasted ten to fifteen minutes long. I had to wait thirty minutes past my appointment to be seen. She suggested two options, surgery or local injection therapy with multiple office visits. I chose surgery. After a month or so, I have my hand surgery at what appeared to be a newly renovated surgery center downtown. When I checked the location on Google maps, I got worried. The surgery center location is on the rundown, industrial street in need of sweeping by the city. But as you walk into the building, you find yourself in a very clean, sterile-looking, long hallway with a high ceiling resembling a futuristic CIA-run hospital we have seen in the movies.
