Michele has been my trainer for 4-5 yr. and she knows her stuff. She is very reliable and doesn't talk nonsense like a lot of trainers who do not know what they do not know. She has a Masters degree in Exercise Fitness which is the reason I chose her to begin with. I have not injured myself working with her which I unfortunately cannot say about my other experiences with trainers. Looking for a good trainer, I highly recommend her.
