This is an exceptional grocery store which includes a restaurant. The food is very delicious. I ordered a pollo a la plancha and I loved it. They offer sides (macaroni and nopales) on your plates. They always have a different plate everyday. Sometimes they have mole, caldo de pollo, beef ribs in green sauce and many more. Their red and green sauces are the best. They even have lottery. Their employees are charismatic and they make you feel at home.

Delicious handmade tortillas with any plate and authentic Mexican food (menudo, birria, guisados, sopes, etc). For meat lovers, there's a cheap 10$ plate that comes with BBQ ribs, chicken, and sausage, plus two sides and of course, warm fresh tortillas. For the kids, the Hamburger fries combo is great! They'll add bacon for extra if you ask. There's also shrimp and fish dishes, but expect to wait a little longer for those. For vegetarians, I recommend quesadillas with nopal salad on the side. The owner also makes some delicious fried cheese empanadas, but shhh! It's one of the secret menu items ;) if you're lucky, there's occasionally aguas frescas and platano Frito with lecherita.
