Last year on my way to work I was in a major motorcycle accident, snapped my left femur, shattered my right knee, broke my left wrist, and sprained my right wrist. I was almost like those cartoons where someone gets hurt and they wrap them up in a full body cast, I was completely broken and useless, both emotionally and physically. Unfortunately for me I had NO medical insurance at the time due to some complicated work issues and had no real savings. I can't describe the feeling of hopelessness I had. That's where the law offices of Gabriel H. Avina came in. Recommended to me by a friend, they drove far to meet me at the hospital and took care of EVERYTHING. I mean EVERYTHING. They dealt my motorcycle insurance, got my destroyed bike towed to my house from the impound, did all contact with the other party I was in the collision with (I literally had zero contact with them which was very helpful for my mental health), negotiated my medical bills, got an amazing settlement, and filled out every single piece of paper work you could think of, all while I was laying down with every limb broken. I literally didn't have to get out of bed, think, or stress about anything. April 20th of 2017 I was in a pretty serious motorcycle accident. The Law Offices of Gabriel H Avina was there for me literally the following day and every day since, until just recently when he case finally settled. I was told from the beginning it would be a long fight but that they would be there to support me every step of the way - they absolutely did not let me down. Throughout the the entire journey there were multiple aggressive negotiation (none of which I had to do any work at all) with not only the insurance company, but also with the medical companies. Every step of the way I was informed of all my choices and options and they always let me decide which way to take the case. Galina was the woman I dealt with mostly and she was amazing. She never allowed me to go more than a day without hearing back from her. Anything that I didn’t understand, she explained to me very clearly and thoroughly - which I appreciated as I’ve never “hired a lawyer” before. I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket, as part of the settlement went to them which was really nice for me because I didn’t have to stress over money during the litigations. 10/10 would hire again, however my goal is to never talk to them again because if I do it means I was probably in another motorcycle accident.
