I have a new appreciation for quesadillas after eating here. This is my new go to spot for mouthwatering takeout!
We discovered restaurant from the LAScripted TV show & I'm So Glad we did! The food was DELICIOUS!!
Who knew Risotto from a Drive up restaurant would be So Damn Good!! I was eating it from the back seat as Hubby was driving us home! Perfect! We also had Carne Asada Bowl, Shrimp quesadilla, Jerk Chicken quesadilla, & Carne asada quesadillas ALL WERE FANTASTIC!
Fresh Ingredients, seasoned well, great salsa & toppings, & good portions!
And did I say I good the Risotto( added mushrooms & bacon)was!? Mmmmm!
Oh I will be back!!
This is the second time I have visited this establishment. After the first visit, I already had an inkling that the supremely talented proprietor/chef Winston would likely churn out something equally impressive, if not something more amazing than the diablo shrimp quesadilla--which was stupendous--that I had sampled previously. A tall order perhaps, but my wild expectation came to fruition in the dishes that I was served this most recent visit. I ordered the carne asada quesadilla (whole) and a "half-a-dilla" of the incredible short rib quesadilla, served with a horseradish aioli cream as a dip. Amazing! And, I ordered skewers of bacon-wrapped shrimp, that served as a mouth-watering appetizer to the gourmet quesadilla(s) as main course. This chef is a truly talented artist in the kitchen, creative in both his artisanal menu planning and his skillful execution. He displays a high degree of attention to detail in every dish that he prepares. He obviously takes pride in what he does and it shows. BTW, each of the quesadillas comes with a bag of freshly made yucca chips, and the supplied avocado crema serves as a wonderful dip for the chips. I could not be more effusive in my praise for this chef's cooking skills, and to top it off, he serves very generous portions of this dynamite food at reasonable prices.
After I saw their profile on Instagram recently, I couldn’t wait to try them out. I did today and I was very happy with what I received. This is a ghost kitchen that offers good food that is unique and impossible to find elsewhere in this area.
Got some quesadillas from this place. Really good. Hidden as part of a group of takeout restaurants in a long drive thru slley
