Proactive Work Health Services

I was given a choice of a few places when I got injured on tour and, despite the fact that it was a couple miles further, I chose this place. I’m so glad I did.

I was a little scared because of the reviews, but then I remembered that most people are only compelled to write a review when they’re angry. People say the waits are long (I only had one long wait out of all my visits, 12+)....but remember people: IT’S A DOCTORS OFFICE!!! They’re known for long waits AND would you want your doctor to rush YOUR appointment? Then why expect them to do that to others? I always scheduled my dr visits for the same day as my PT sessions and they’d come back and get me when the doctor was ready for me. Best way to do it, if you have the time.

As for the PT...Jen and John have legitimately changed my life. They were a pleasure to be around at all times and always held me accountable if I was doing something incorrect. They also gave me some exercises to do at home to help another, unrelated injury I had. Literally taught me how to stand and walk correctly, which is something most people do wrong and the reason for a lot of problems later in life. I’ve been feeling so much better and feel stronger in every way. I’m obsessed with strengthening my core now that they explained to and showed me how important a tight core is for EVERYTHING.

Good place

This facility is great! I had a work related injury That brought me to this clinic location. Everyone was so helpful and so kind and very knowledgeable and thorough. I give this establishment five stars and recommend it to anybody who needs urgent care.

Great staff! Always friendly, nice and personable. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Doctors have a real concern for you and explain everything thoroughly.
