  As a recent graduate of the 2 year Meisner Technique Program, I cannot recommend EMAS highly enough. Coming to this program--and the studio, in general--has been the most impactful and rewarding experience of my life. Both as an actor and a human being, I experienced such profound growth as I had not thought possible during my time at EMAS. I made cherished friendships and found an artistic home.
  
  If you're serious about studying the craft of acting, come here. What they offer at EMAS is rigorous, difficult, and highly demanding. But if you're willing to put in the work, I promise the reward will be well worth the struggle.

  Can’t say enough good things about my experience at EMAS. A little heaven on earth— and that is not hyperbole. Go, learn, get stronger, feel more grounded, and more comfortable in your skin. All the good things an actor—and a human being— needs in order to put their best selves forward. I have recommended it to other performers, other actors of all experience levels, but also to my friend who’s a realtor, and another friend who’s going to law school, and another who writes screenplays, and on and on.
  
  I finished the two-year meisner program a couple weeks ago, and I miss it already. The community, the learning, the love, all of it changed my life for the better. I wish an experience like mine for every person I meet— and that is also not hyperbole.

  I completed the summer intensive and the 1st year conservatory at this studio, and it has changed my life! The conservatory consists of meisner technique classes, movement classes (Williamson technique), voice classes (fitzmaurice Technique), and Shakespeare study. In other words, you get the same exact education you would in any BFA or MFA program at a SUPER affordable rate. Every teacher here has gone from a teacher to a mentor, as they really invest if you give your 100 percent effort. You can either invest in the conservatory, or take any individuals classes that you wish. All levels & ages welcome, from any and all backgrounds! A year later and I have a new found confidence in the craft, as I navigate the industry. I highly recommend you do the same and invest in the program of a lifetime!

  I just graduated first year of Meisner and I would highly recommend this studio to anyone! After reading both Meisner books I was in desperate search of a studio that taught this technique exactly the way Sandy did, and EMAS is that! If you are interested in being held to a standard of honesty and called out on your weaknesses to improve this is the school for you!!

  I can't say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio! Elizabeth and her team are fantastic, and you will leave each class feeling more confident! I took EMAS's On Camera Audition Technique class with Thom Rivera, and I loved it. Thom was incredible, and his class was hands down one of the most beneficial classes I've taken since I graduated from college with my BA in theatre. I cannot recommend that class, and this studio highly enough!
