Very polite and friendly lady. Reasonable prices. They do fluff & fold and large sheets in-house. Send alterations out. I'd avoid going in the morning when the male owner is there -he's not as friendly. Go after 11am to closing, when his wife is there.
They are super reasonable..and very nice...if you need something in a hurry then this may not be for you although if you take it in early you can get it back that day but this an excellent neighborhood place...not a super chain
