This was my first time getting my carpet cleaned by Hard Hat Rug Cleaning guys and I must admit that their customer service is impeccable. I needed my carpet cleaned, which was because of pet order and urine stains and thy let me know in detail how the service could have been accomplished. They cleaned it very nicely!
I can confidently say that my carpets looks amazing! Alan and his team from Hard Hat Rug Cleaning Service were of great help to me. They got out all the stains and took the time to thoroughly clean every spot. These techs were amazing, friendly and fast! The price was awesome too. Couldn't be happier! Especially because they came out the very next day for service, when no one else could help out. Will use again and refer to everyone!
