  I was very lucky to meet Todd Kessler on the day I decided to visit Galpin Volvo. From the moment I met him, I liked him. Todd knew everything about the xc40 that I was considering. In fact, he just had completed a training course on the vehicle and it was obvious that he knew the vehicle inside and out. He took the time to explain all of the features, took us out for a long test drive, and patiently waited and answered questions while we tested out every. single. thing. We didn’t make a deal that day. Todd was never pushy at all and completely respected the fact that I just wasn’t ready yet.
  
  Months later, when I had finally made my decision, I knew who I wanted to do business with. Todd is truly an exceptional person and knows how to make the car buying experience fun. Yes I said it - FUN. He’s the type of guy who you want to spend time with because he’s just so down to earth, patient, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. Buying a car with Todd was truly enjoyable...and was just plain EASY. Thank you for an exceptional experience, Todd!

  True 5 star experience with Ernesto at Galpin Premier (Jaguar).
  Ernesto has been courteous, prompt and upfront in every way possible. He tried his best to find the best matching car I want and also the best price possible going through multi chains of approval from his management.
  I will certainly do another deal with him in near future.

  I appreciate Justin Permijo for giving Excellent Customer Service and going over and beyond to help me with my Car Purchase. Each and every time he calls to see and make sure I'm satisfied. I will definitely keep coming back to do Business with Galpin.

  This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I think I have ever encountered. I purchased my new S60 from Ali Khalil, who gave me a phenomenal deal! Ali was extremely responsive to my texts and emails, assuring me of all the little details that I kept asking him about. Due to living 2 hours away from the dealership, and not having anyone available to drop me off at the dealership (I didn't trade my current vehicle in and wanted to drive the new one home that night), Ali set me up with a complimentary Uber ride there! Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Ali who showed me my new car first thing as he wanted to make sure I was happy with it. Once we were in the office, he reviewed the terms of my lease, nothing of which changed from our texts and emails. While I waited for the finance manager, Ali offered to order dinner for me from the restaurant operated by Galpin that is directly across the street. Once I was called to finance, I was met by J. Chick, who couldn't have been any more friendly. Everything went smoothly and before I knew it, I was sitting in my new car with Ali, who stayed after hours to so he could go over all of the features and settings. The entire experience was extremely easy, painless and fun. When I am in the market again, I will definitely give Galpin and Ali my business, and will refer friends and family to them as well.

  See Steve Rodgers! He’s fantastic! They took such amazing care of me and helped me turn my old lease in at the old dealership, making the whole process much easier. Lovely honest man. Beautiful dealership.
