Ortho Mattress

Great experience with parents. Happy with the deals/prices, our adjustable mattress bed choices & pillows. Polin was very knowledgeable & patient to know our preferences & answer all our questions. Spent 2 days & many hrs to help us find the right mattress for each family member & gave each mattress info for my parents so they can remember which one they looked at. She helped me after I got out of work in the evening. Store had many choices and clean/neat. It's my 2nd time coming back to this store after many years. Looking forward to the delivery this weekend.

I absolutely recommend ortho mattress ! Very knowledgeable and helpful ! At ortho mattress Van Nuys location Pauline has helped us before ! This is the second time we are purchasing from her , she made our experience so well worth it and was fun instead of being pushed ! At other furniture stores I have had the worst experience in the past ! Sales people are too pushy and only want to sell the most expensive product ! I highly recommend ortho mattress especially Van Nuys location . The manager Paulina is super sweet nice and helpful!

Me and my husband highly recommend Ortho Mattress to our friends family and everyone . It was only our second stop but we ended up buying . if you are looking for variety in price and quality , ortho is the store to go to . They don’t only have name brands or high end only , they have it all ! Most importantly customer service is number one and not like Costco or other big companies they don’t bring the lowest end line of big brand names because that’s deceiving. Like low end of sealy ! If ortho carries different brands than their own , then it’s decent version and high end not low end .

Service was great from the moment I walked in the store all the way through the delivery! Sales rep helped me find exactly what I needed for my guest room (which was the cheapest option they sell, and is still better than pricer mattresses I’ve seen at other stores!) and get the best deal. Follow up on the delivery was exactly as it was explained in the store (text the day before with 4 hour delivery window, call an hour before arrival). Delivery people were on time and in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend!
