Jose and Karina are great! This place is clean, updated, and has really great prices compared to other storage units nearby. I would definitely recommend Sage Storage, especially this Van Nuys location.

Safe Storage was quick to help when I was in a bind for a move. Another storage company in the area that I reserved a truck with failed to have my truck ready and tried to push me back a day on my move. We decided to take our business elsewhere and ended up here. With the help of Jose we were able to continue our hectic move on schedule without any hassle. He was super nice and made the process easier by calling Uhaul directly to fix the problems caused by the other facility.

The service in this particular place is above average the personnel is friendly and professional the place is very clean this is an initial experience but we'll see how it goes the price is competitive and the location is convenient. they have surveillance in the hallways and each unit has it's own alarm system but there is no guarantee someone can't break in due to the fact that anyone could just walk in without a security access pin. but so far so good.
