I really enjoy working with Jennifer. She offers great, simple advice that really works. When something isn't working, Jennifer is quick to pivot and offer you additional different tools until you find what does work for you. She has been helping me quit some bad life-long habits and has started helping me form healthy habits. She is motivating, honest, and incredibly caring. I cannot speak highly enough about her services, it has been worth every penny to invest in myself.

I've been working with Jen now for about 5 months after seeing her yelp page. I had just moved across the country, felt completely lost, was overwhelmed, stuck in a horrible job, and was struggling in my relationship. When I first met with her I told her I felt like I was falling into a pit. She assured me that we would be able to build up a safety net over the pit so I could never fall far.

But she didn't just give me a net, she took on the challenge of actually filling in this pit. During this short time working with her I've been able to leave a toxic work environment, start my masters degree and my own business, and build a wonderful relationship with my boyfriend. She has helped me smoothly transition my life in so many ways (ie. changing jobs, moving in with my boyfriend, etc). Not only that but we tackled setting goals for myself, discovering what my values are, and which direction to head my life. I'm more confident in my relationships, setting boundaries, and taking care of myself. Most importantly, I love that Jen has given me the ability to listen to and love myself again. This I can never thank her enough for.

Her enthusiasm to help me discover the truth, remove the blocks, and then grow in a positive direction was so amazing. I thought I had tried everything to "cure" myself... but it turns out Jen's powerful tools of EFT, hypnotherapy, and coaching were the only thing that have made a drastic improvement to my life. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but I couldn't believe the transformation. If she doesn't have a tool that fits exactly what you need, she will make it. She's listened to my problems and crafted beautiful meditations and EFT cards. She is a truly committed team member in this process.

I am so thankful that I reached out to Jen. I can honestly not say enough about how much she has helped me. I know that the rest of my life will be built on top of what we created, and I am so incredibly thankful for this amazing gift she has given me... my life back!
