  In August my wife “asked” me to try a 3-week program at XplosiveFit. With great reluctance and skepticism, I signed up. This was one of the best decisions in my life. In a short time, I have shed weight and inches while noticeably increasing my muscle mass. The coaches are smart, knowledgeable and really know how to work with each individual member – regardless of ability. The workouts are amazing, hard and fun! The nutrition planning is practical and adaptable to our busy lives. What’s more, we really look forward to working out (never thought that before). I have never felt better and had the energy I do now. At 52 I am in the best shape of my life!

  This is a fit family that trains together, support each other, and are there for each other beyond the gym walls. This is a gym where members support each other through fitness, mental health and provide true friendships. When I first joined, I would get winded going up a flight of stairs. Now I can carry both of my children (ages 10 & 4) up those stairs and still have energy to race them down the hall. I have taken time for myself within this gym, under the support of an incredible coaching staff and it has given me a confidence I've never known before and lifelong friendships.
  
  I need motivation, personal training and accountability. This is not just a gym. This is a family. Everyone is there training together, getting healthy, stronger, and pushing each other through each rep, punch, and kick. Coach Rod, along with Alex, Garret, Carlos and Sterling are there for you, always.
  My son is also involved in the martial arts program and it has quickly become is favorite thing. He is gaining self-confidence and skills!

  30 minute workouts for me is the best part. great coaches who are really passionate about fitness and help you to get better every day. The workouts are challenging and fun is never the same routine. Love this place.

  I have always been into fitness as I lost 40 pounds and have kept them off for over 20 years. I was a runner and although that worked and was a great way to decompress, my body was no longer liking the beating. I needed a change but thought 30 minute workouts could never work. I went from running for 45 minutes, 5 times a week to only working out for 30 minutes, 3 days a week. I am in the best shape of my life and for the first time ever have guns to show off ???????? ???? The coaches are not only committed to our workout sessions but teach you how to eat right. Realistic way of eating. No fad diets here. Best of all there’s no intimidation and the community is by far the most welcoming and supportive. The fact my daughter is able to practice martial arts here is such an added bonus. She has gone from a timid girl being bullied at school to a confident little girl that has learned to stand up for herself. XplosiveFit has been such a blessing to my family. Give them a try. You’ll then wonder what took you so long to take the leap into a more fit & healthy lifestyle!

  This place is one of a kind! Kids MMA classes and adult fitness class available but more than that it is fun to workout again!! Rod is great at what he does and genuinely cares for everyone. He has created a family environment. The kids gain so much confidence learning new skills and they have fun doing it. Kids don’t compete like in other martial art studios, They learn life skills in every class. All the coaches are great! MA coaches and adult coaches. Come try a class and it won’t disappoint!!
