Keith is incredibly patient, diligent, attentive, and caring. He will come through for you no matter what it takes--no matter how difficult an underwriter might be, how tight the numbers may be, or how stringent a financial institution may be.
I was able to experience this firsthand when I had the pleasure of working with Keith for 2.5 months. During that time, Keith took time to make himself available by phone, by e-mail, and in person. He answered all my questions, made recommendations, and ultimately helped me select the most appropriate financing terms for my circumstances.
Working with Keith was sincerely a privilege for my family and I. He made himself available outside of regular business hours, oftentimes well past 5 PM and many times on weekends. Keith went above and beyond his work obligations in order to get me the most desirable interest rate in the market--beyond my expectations which I based on immense market research.
I would recommend Keith ONLY to those who deserve to have a loan provider as honest and as hard-working as Keith. You do not deserve Keith if you cannot appreciate his EXCELLENT work ethic. While not everyone deserves Keith, Keith MORE THAN deserves every cent and business that comes his way. I would not think twice about working with him again. Keith Gain's customer service is on another level. Keith drove the car to my house so I can see and test drive it in the comfort of my own neighborhood, we agreed on the purchase the next day and car was delivered to our house the following day! He paid more $ on my trade in which I would have never gotten on any dealership. He answers your questions and concerns promptly, and made sure everything goes smoothly! It would normally take 2-3 hours when you buy a car from a dealership, Keith delivered our car to our house and signed all the paperwork needed and only took 15 mins, that's just crazy, I will only use Keith at Fleet Broker USA for our future car purchases from now on. I recently purchased a car (Audi Q5) from Keith at Fleet Broker USA and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience! I live in O.C. and the car was up in L.A (about a 1 hr drive). Keith was gracious enough to meet me half way so that i could view the vehicle. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and was able to show me how everything worked. He was also very upfront and showed me a few very minor issues with the car, which i probably wouldn't have noticed on my own (I appreciated the honesty, it gave me a lot of confidence in him).
Being from overseas (and having little credit history), i had a few challenges acquiring financing. When explaining my issues to Keith, he put me in touch with a finance guy he knows and the next thing you know i'm approved! Without Keith i wouldn't have the car i wanted and i can't thank him enough!
Keith went above and beyond, even after i purchased the vehicle. I had mentioned to him that i was a little disappointed that the car didn't come with Bluetooth Audio Streaming and Keith did a little research and found a way to add the capability to the car. He then purchased the device, tested it out and then installed it in my car! Talk about amazing service, i can't imagine a dealership doing that for you.
