My husband and I first met Jamie casually at an open house. We had already been to many open houses & had met quite a few potential agents, but none that we felt were the right fit for us. As soon as we chatted with Jamie, we instantly felt a strong connection & soon after meeting Michael we were certain Three Lions were the agents for us!

Jamie & Michael were both extraordinarily calm, patient & responsive with us being completely new to the process. They helped us navigate a tricky market in an extremely transparent manner - always giving us honest & trustworthy feedback on houses or areas we were interested in. They weren’t just trying to rush us into any old house, they wanted us to find the right fit for us & our future family.

Our target was to get into a house within a year. Once we found “the one” and it was all hands on deck, they helped ensure it was a quick & seamless (& painless) process. They really helped us hit the ground running! They’re both extremely hands on - from helping us extensively with negotiations, coordinating the loan process, setting up inspections, leading us through escrow, and helping us get many many quotes for a bit of work needed (flooring repairs, foundation work, etc). You name it, they have the connections!

They’re both over achievers in everything they do and we appreciate them so so much. If anyone is looking for respectful, patient, honest, communicative, seasoned vets, just do yourself a favor to go with with Three Lions!

Had we not found Jamie and Michael at Three Lions Realty, my husband and I would not be property owners today. As first time buyers, we weren't exactly sure what we were doing and didn't even know if it was possibility for us to own property in a market as competitive and expensive as Los Angeles, but they guided us through every step along the way and made it all feel easy.

After meeting for coffee and viewing a condo that same day, we decided we wanted to put an offer in. We weren't even pre-approved yet, but Jamie and Michael connected us with mortgage brokers who were able to expedite our application. Much to our surprise, the first ever offer we made was accepted! And exactly four weeks after our coffee meeting, we got the keys to our new place.

I believe that everything happened so quickly and ran so smoothly because of the fast, clear communication from Jamie and Michael, as well as their industry knowledge and trusted connections.

All in all, Jamie and Michael are genuinely good people - the type you want to work with. I would highly recommend Three Lions Realty if you are looking to buy or sell in Los Angeles!

Michael & Jamie were absolutely incredible in helping my wife and I buy our first home. The market was incredibly hard to navigate and they were able to guide us through the home buying process. They were always cool, calm and collected and helped open doors to homes and areas that we didn’t even know existed! What I liked most about working with them was that they made the entire process incredibly personal and were always available to talk, bounce ideas off of and keep us grounded when things got stressful. There are so many slimey real estate agents in the LA market and to have two that were humble and truly looking out for YOUR best interests was so reassuring. There were a couple houses we put offers (and counteroffers) on that they made sure we didn’t overpay or stretch ourselves too thin, and I’m so grateful they did because Michael and Jamie helped guide us to a home squarely in our budget that we absolutely adore.

They showed us houses ALL OVER LA - from the valley, to Orange County to South Bay and Culver City… they knew all the areas intimately. This is not a real estate agency that only specializes in one area. They easily navigated and knew about any neighborhood we wanted to look into.

While we will miss the early morning and late night texts about houses we saw on Redfin, we are excited to continue working with them as we look to update and renovate our home before moving in!!

Being from a different country can be complicated when buying the first house, but Three Lions Realty made that happen in the smoothest way possible. I had the best service I could get and more.
