Firebreak Trail to Griffith Observatory is the first step before Griffith Observatory, then Dante's View, and Hollywood Sign, and finally the Wisdom Tree.

This trail is pretty rigorous, but it is super short and well worth the hike up to the Griffiths Observatory if you're too cheap to pay for parking. The way up is more exhausting, but easier than the way down because the trail is very steep. You can also see the Hollywood sign off the distance.

Hiking near Griffin is always fun.

And now that all parking spaces near the observatory cost $6/hour, hiking is the way...

This trail could just have more signs. I almost ended into a wrong way trying to reach the observatory.

Restrooms are old and in need of remodel/refurbishing. Trail is nice. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of litter.
