I have been a "frequent flyer" at UCLA Dermatology for 25 years. I have seen many dermatologists there, and Dr. Hu has been one of my very favorites! She is very efficient, but also very empathetic. She doesn't palm off phone calls to the nursing staff: she calls you personally. Dr. Hu also remembered details of my hectic life from visit to visit, and she has a terrific sense of humor. You can tell that her office staff loves her... and the other dermatologists do as well: the reason I was sent to see her specifically was because my dermatologic surgeon thought so highly of her ability to deal with problematic skin issues. I feel lucky to be one of her patients!
