  First and foremost I want to highly recognized Dr. Truman. Very warm and gentle Dr. That has worked on my teeth ever. However the office itself could use a major cleanup. The rooms are extremely filthy. Stains in the walls floors are dirty just does not look well with the performance that the Dr.s do. I understand the dr and assistants are busy but a housekeeper is needed ASAP! Again the service by everyone is magnificent but it needs a cleanup. Hope you can get to that.

  I'm new to Bright Now. The customers service and the dental service I received (ie) exam, exrays,explanation for future services and finance, were so stress free,relaxed and comfortable.I'll let you know how each procedure is. So far its been a nice professional experience!

  I had a good experience here. The front desk took a bit before they called me up to go over my insurance and payment, but not any more than I expect from a normal waiting room. I was there to have two wisdom teeth extracted, and my oral surgeon was Dr. James McAndrews who was just the right balance of warmth and "business." He explained what would be happening and what I would experience, and warned me right before sticking me with the needle for the local anesthetic. Then he got started on the extractions. Other than a little tugging and pulling I couldn't feel a thing and the whole thing couldn't have lasted more than three or four minutes. Suddenly he disappeared and the assistant was telling me I was done. He was already on to the next patient! Amazing work and a great oral surgeon. If you need extractions done, I'd recommend him.

  I love this office! I've tried so many dentists for me & my kids but I had never found an office that met my expectations until I found Bright Now! Dental in a Wilmington. My first visit was a last minute emergency one for my 7 yr old's major toothache. I called up as a new patient & they had me bring her in to the office an hour later. She ended up needing 3 baby root canals, which is pretty scary for her & for me. But the dentist & his assistants kept me informed on the process as they worked. They also kept my baby calm, happy by making jokes & being playful with her and most importantly, they explained everything to her step by step so she wasn't scared. A few visits later & my daughter was all fixed up. She now loves the dentist & also is more focused on her teeth care regimen. They even got her to like flossing! I immediately switched my 2 other kids to this office & I have never been disappointed since. Give them a try!
