    Are you going through some tough transition?
    Aren’t we all? Ha!

    I was and now I’m better thanks to Mayra.

    Ok: it was magical glorious....Peaceful. Smooth. Other dimensional.
    (Like a post work out buzz...in water!)

    The experience I had with
    Mayra Holisitic Fitness:
    -arrived to her wonderful Eco Villa home.
    -had a “check in” - sharing what’s up in my personal life. This part is the bedrock of the success of my wellness session. It’s from this short convo that Mayra gets the intuitive direction to guide the holistic fitness.

    The aquatic session had me floating on water (my knees rested on a floatation log) while Mayra cupped so tenderly my head and glided me across the water.

    It was night.
    The stars were out.
    The pool was heated.
    The steam rose to the sky.
    Super magical.

    The depth of my release (of the things I spoke of during the check in) was dependent on my ability to let go and let my body relax and be like a string flowing and twirling in the currents. She essentially glided me across while i focused on releasing.

    The way she moved my body —move is not the right word as it felt like a ‘movement in time/moment in time’—felt so SAFE as I literally unlearned tension and reset my awareness.

    A very loving experience.

    Water is us. 70-75% of us is water.
    Is this planet.
    We came into the planet
    in a bubble of water
    in our mamas.

    Just saying.
    The metaphors help with the Holistic Fitness.

    Had a great workout, it was not like other workouts, your certainly won't get bored. I really enjoyed it.
