(January 10, 2022, 8:56 pm)Cool spot. Management is actually pretty chill. I enjoyed my stay. Just the deposit for the room is $150. A bit pricey for a hotel in Tarzana.

I think they did a great job remodeling, it looks really nice
This year though there were some plumbing issues. Love the new shower and rain fall shower head but lousy water pressure.
We stayed 1 week and half the time there was no hot water or it just took forever to get any.
And then the toilet did not want to flush which seemed connected to the shower because the shower took a long time to drain.
We told them about the toilet but do not believe anyone came to the room.
Front desk and service was always great and nice. -

(November 27, 2021, 5:08 pm)The guest service here is above and beyond. We feel so taken care of and the room is pleasant And CLEAN! We are here a few more days after leaving our last hotel early because it was filthy and I am very happy with our choice. Thank you again for making us feel so welcome and cared for.
