I very rarely write reviews for companies, but when it comes to building my family I thought it was important. My wife and I have a adopted 2 babies through this firm and they were incredibly easy to work with. For our first it was about a 1 year wait, but every month they kept us in the loop and we never felt forgotten. I would (and have) recommend family and friends to adopt through this firm.

AdoptHelp made our dreams come true! We had a long and difficult adoption journey and made the decision after a couple years of waiting to seek out an additional adoption outreach organization and settled on AdoptHelp. One of the things we appreciated most about them was how willing they were to make us feel heard and to address our needs. We were initially paired with an outreach specialist who wasn't a good fit for us, and so when we notified them of that, Mark understood and paired us with someone who was a better fit for us.

Once they matched us with our son's birthmother, they were there for us every step of the way. And every step of the way was complex, so we needed all the help we could get. Our son was born out of state in the very beginning of the pandemic, which was incredibly stressful and complicated, but AdoptHelp held our hands and were a source of constant support through the entire experience. As a beautiful final touch, Mark showed up at our adoption finalization (more than a year after he was born) and helped set the tone for a beautiful finalization. Just thinking about the experience makes me well up with tears of gratitude for their help making our dreams come true. We will be forever grateful to them. Thank you AdoptHelp!
