I have lived here for less than a year but have enjoyed being here so far.

The property is older, which comes with quirks, but maintenance and management have been quick to respond to/resolve any issues.

There have unfortunately been a number of vehicle break-ins within the last few months; as someone who has worked in the security field as well as property management, I understand that crime prevention of that sort is extremely challenging. The only challenge we have faced is getting uphill during the winter, as the one road in/out of part of the property can freeze over.

However, the location and nearby area is safe, the neighbors are friendly and caring, and current management shows/puts in effort-which is very rare to get all those aspects. For folks of all walks looking for a good place to live, I would recommend it.

I’ve been here for a few months and now that I’ve settled in I feel like it’s really great. Great pricing for the apartment and parking for every apartment. You can even get an additional covered parking spot. The team and maintenance responds incredibly fast. I’ve had maintenance respond just a couple hours after putting in a request and he stopped by the same day on a Saturday to fix the dishwasher. I’ve only had two or three maintenance requests and every single time I’ve put one in, they are on it with no hesitation and try to get it done as fast as possible. Great with keeping you in the loop, will always call or text you. The team sends informative emails about anything going on as well which is great!
