Yama has added valuable aspects to her yoga classes - the Tibetan bowls and Meditation. She is a gifted instructor as she is skilled, gentle, knowledgable and aware. As an older person, I need these qualities in an instructor. Finally, Yama has helped me a great deal with my back issues, making my life so much better.
