Built to Evolve

By chance, I came across Pearce via Social Media and was immediately intrigued. I started exploring some of the podcasts he was a guest on, and I really resonated with his ability to express himself, his ideas and his beliefs. Having vertigo for four years and trying to be a successful real estate agent, all while being a new dad was wearing thin to be frank. I knew I needed some assistance. Being 2000 kms away I reached out and booked an initial consultation with him. Five minutes into that call I recognized that he was timely, organized and extremely professional. I committed to the program immediately.

During our time together, one of the things I really appreciated about him was his need not to be heard. Other Coaches I had worked with used my time to tell me about themselves or what worked for them, or it was verbatim text book clinical work that did not have the life experience to back up what was being said. Pearce is not like those Coaches. He is a listener that uses deep seated questions along with personal exploration to help one reach their own conclusions. He is a conduit for sustained success, higher personal growth and helps create a road map to a more positive direction.

His ability to resonate and create a feeling of camaraderie allows for a synergy that I have not experienced before in Coaching. Pearce is truly a consummate professional. He bleeds authenticity and commitment to his craft. A million times over I would work with him again. Thank you again Pearce, I am extremely grateful for our adventure.
