  Wow! I am shocked by some of the petty reviews. Yes it is not a brand new facility but it is so charming!
  
  I don’t know who you’ve been talking to in the management office but I think everyone is really lovely.
  
  I think it’s really sad and super negative that people write negative things about the place that many people call home.
  
  Try and look on the bright side of life instead of finding the negative in everything.

  I rented a 1 bedroom apartment 2 years ago and have had no problems so far. I love the location and the ambiance. I have my personal parking space but visitor parking can be a nightmare. Neighbors keep to themselves and hardly talk to others. I haven't dealt with residential services much but the security staff here is very courteous and helpful. I once got locked out of my apartment on a Sunday night. They called up a lock smith for me and let me sit with them until the lock smith arrived as it was cold outside. I would recommend this place for anyone who commutes to work on the west side and likes a calm place to relax at home.

  5 years later nothing much has changed overall. Still love the location and ambience. Lot of construction going on nearby areas on Via Marina. This place will be undergoing renovation in 2 years from now.

  Absolutely love Mariners Village! Everyone we have talked to has been extremely welcoming and very friendly. Great staff and when we have an issue with our apartment they are there to help or give us a call back within a timely matter. I would highly recommend living here! It’s like living in a resort.

  I have lived here now for 5 months, moving here from out of state. I have been mostly impressed with the great turnaround for fixing any repairs. The landscaping is very nice, and living by the channel is wonderful. I see some complaints on here about loud neighbors, but that is a random thing, and has not been my experience. It has been a good experience for me.
