Charlie's Bobcat service & repairs

If you're looking for a professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable diesel mechanic in Southern California, Charlie is the man! From Robyn promptly picking up the phone at the office, to Charlie arriving first thing in the morning the next day, they were always courteous, responsive and extremely helpful. Our bobcat had broken down on a jobsite in Long Beach and we were unable to move it (The bobcat just stopped working). In other words, we were stuck. Within minutes of arriving, Charlie diagnosed the problems, and called the bobcat dealership to order parts. We were up and running within hours! I'm still super impressed with the high quality workmanship, and follow up from Robyn, who checked in a few days later to make sure everything was still working okay.
