Today we called Bob’s Appliance Service to repair a washer we actually bought rebuilt from them in 2009. It has work like a champ until yesterday. I called Bob’s again believing I would be buying another washer. Turns out it was only 2 belts which he replaced for $140. I couldn’t be happier with their service. While he was here he also looked at a fridge we are having problems with. He was honest about the problem and didn’t recommend the expensive repair on this 20+ year old unit. I will definitely use them for all appliance repairs I should need in the future.
I called first thing in the morning for repair of my dryer and stove, showed up that morning on time and completed the work in about an 1hr. very courtesy and professional. I will definitely use them again.
I was shocked to see one star..we have used Bob's for years..always professional and always honest ! Today I described my problem, they offered adviced..offered!!
The time before our washer was making a weird noise, they were honest with the price to fix (not worth it) and shared we could still use the machine, which we have been for 2 years..
I recommend this company for good, honest work..
