I’ve been a State Farm customer for almost 8 years and Tritia To and her staff have been there since the beginning. This is such a great branch of State Farm. They are always so friendly and helpful in-person and over the phone. Like a great neighbor, State Farm is there,….and they are always there. When I was involved in a car accident they answered my call and simplified the procedures to make a claim. I was paid out quickly and felt like they were by my side. They are always looking ways to help me save and notify me when I am eligible for discounts. They don’t just try to sell you policies, they actually listen and explain what can best fit my situation. They are so knowledgeable with the services they provide and I truly believe they are always making the effort to go above and beyond the expectations. This is a caring team and I highly recommend them. Believe it or not, I wasn’t paid to speak highly of them, I just think people should be aware of this great customer service! If your looking for home, auto, or life insurance, stop by and give them a chance. You won’t regret it!

I've been using this office for all my State Farm insurance needs for over 15 years now. Over the years, I've had car insurance, rental insurance, and now home owners insurance with this office. Franklin provided exceptional service in getting me a home owners policy while I was in escrow. He kept in constant communication with me to let me know what was happening, while also communicating with the escrow company to make sure the correct policy was taken out. They're also really good at following up and picking up the phone when I have any questions.
