It's been a while since I had to call Jerry for a change on my policy. So I quickly googled the number to call and II was surprised to see a not so good review. So I just wanted to share MY experience with Jerry and Ivonne. Jerry has been my broker for many, many years. I believe, I was about 21 or 22 years old. He insured my first sports car. A 1984 Camaro Z28. Yes, a long time ago. I am now 57. I have insured several cars throughout the years with him. Adding, deleting cars.
Calling him for general information. I always usually have alot of questions when I've called him. He has always been kind and very patient with me. Answering all my questions or getting back to me in a timely manner. But most importantly, very professional.
